Maddy Geislinger, MS

Maddy comes to us with 3 years of experience in the field of counseling. Her warm and empathetic demeanor creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. With a specialization in supporting clients to build emotion regulation, Maddy is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, burnout, stress management, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. She believes in the power of ACT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies to facilitate personal growth and transform lives. Matt Fellows, MA

Matt brings to the CPGR team a passion for men’s issues and Geek therapy, as well as treating depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and stress. His experience in the field has honed his ability to guide clients through complex emotions and life transitions. His approach integrates CBT and client-centered strategies to create a holistic and personalized treatment plan that addresses the unique needs of each client. Matt's warm and non-judgmental demeanor fosters a strong therapeutic alliance, allowing clients to explore their concerns with confidence. He is excited to collaborate with clients as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
