SERVICES
Whether this is your first foray into therapy or you’ve had sessions before, below are the services the CPGR team currently provides that can aid you in building growth and resilience.
-
Working with our team begins with a free 15-minute telehealth consultation to see if our expertise can fit your needs. You and your CPGR therapist can use this time to learn about each other and see if you would work well together.
-
During your intake, you and your CPGR therapist will examine how your history and current circumstances have influenced your overall wellness. This information, along with your goals for therapy, will determine what treatment approach(es) to use to help you foster wellness, growth, and resilience. Offered virtually or in-person.
-
One-on-one therapy sessions based on a treatment plan built around your needs. Goals of IT can include building self-awareness, creating behavioral change to address mental health concerns and co-occurring chronic physical issues, navigating life transitions, managing relationship conflict, and others. Offered virtually or in-person.
-
The CPGR team has extensive experience in providing group therapy services and continuing education presentations on a wide range of topics. Contact us to learn more about group therapy openings or professional presentations.
APPROACH
The CPGR team wants to help people access their inner strength. Our approach stems from the belief that all humans have innate value and worth, and that all behaviors meet a need. You and your CPGR therapist will work together to examine the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence your overall wellness, and use that information to create meaningful, fulfilling, values-based changes in your life.
Using empathy, authenticity, a non-judgmental stance, and science-driven interventions, you and your CPGR therapist will collaborate to unlock and harness your internal resilience.
