Hello, I’m Dr. Korey Connor (He/Him/HIs)

I am a licensed psychologist based in the Twin Cities metro area. I earned my doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Marquette University. I completed my pre- and post-doctoral internships at Mental Health Systems in Edina, Minnesota where I worked with a broad array of people including teens and adults experiencing challenges such as adjustment concerns, chronic pain, personality disorders, and severe and persistent mental illness.

My current practice is focused on helping all people build additive mental health and well-being into their lives rather than aiming to only take away symptoms. I employ a variety of cognitive behavioral strategies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, distance running, ice skating, cooking, biking, gardening, and enjoying all of the cultural riches the Twin Cities have to offer.
