  • We offer a one-time, free 15-minute consultation to give you a chance to learn more about our team, ask questions, and get a feel for our approach. It’s a low-pressure opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for what you’re looking for.

  • Your first full appointment is a chance for us to get to know you, learn about what brings you in, and understand what you're hoping to get from therapy. Together, we’ll explore how we might work together and talk about next steps. It’s okay if you’re not sure exactly what you want to focus on—that’s something we can figure out together.
